Welcome to Spirit360 Fellowship I’m TS Hall @theStoicMedium, and I’ll be leading your service today. Spirit360 Fellowship is an online community of like-minds and kindred spirits. We practice spiritualism, but not your grandma’s a spiritualism.

Opening Message from Spirit

Some people call this channeling. At Spirit360 Fellowship and the Old Soul Academy, we call it inspirational speaking. Inspirational Speaking is a light form of trance.

I invite one of my spirit guides to come in for this opening message.

I ask them to share a message with the group of people present here and now to set our intention that we may walk away knowing what we need to know to make our time together today productive, successful, and thriving.

Gene, my earth plane teacher, crossed over not too long ago steps forward.

Hi ho, my friends.

It’s so interesting to see how people grow and develop, and more importantly, how hard they are in themselves, especially this guy. I’ve known this guy for 30 years, and since I’ve known him, he’s been, this is blossom, ready to be. And he’s held it all in unsure and uncertain.

Some people say he feels unworthy, but that’s not the case. Instead, he wants to make sure that the mark he leaves on this world helps others.
For a long time, he’s looked for answers within and without, and the answers he finds all point in one direction, all point towards one conclusion, one life purpose, if you will, and that is to teach others.

But along the way, one has to teach themselves, and that’s where the challenges come in. When the student doesn’t feel worthy of the master even when they are the same, we have a crisis of consciousness, a dual purpose.

As you sit here today and listen to this talk about empathic people who feel things from others, listen to how you resist and fight the master within and accept yourself to be that master, for indeed my friends, mastery is a simple choice.

First, choose to be a master; you do the work.

Today he showed me a picture of me when I was 27 years old, taking the first spiritual development class that he was teaching. And he showed me his perspective of what I looked like during that time in 1987. Interesting perspective.

Stillness Meditation Practice

Take that deep breath. Let’s do some meditation.

The meditation we practice at Spirit360 Fellowship is a ZaZen style of stillness meditation.

This total silence of the mind is the fastest way we’ve found to allow yourself to clear the Blackboard of your mind so that you can perceive those things Spiritual.

You effortlessly connect with your intuitive knowing, ESP, and spirit communication in this space.

Our meditation is a 10-minute practice. We recommend you do this practice twice each day.

If you’re a student, we require you to do it twice each day, even though we don’t rigourously enforce it very.

But over the years, I realized that meditation is a gift. I give myself, some people say set up these rituals, set up, these habits, set up these routines. However, there’s a lack of consciousness there. But each day I decide to meditate. I allow myself to step into and gift. So in a moment, I will say Reverend Bradley’s request, Reverend Bradley was Reverend jeans are plain teachers.

So this is my teachers request. And if you know it and you can follow along with me and not listen to the words, allow them to set the tone for our meditation. After that, you’ll hear a bell on the first bell. I want you to hold an image in your mind, eye, to the exclusion of all others. So we’re going to go from many thoughts where you are right now down to one thought, a spot or focused image that you’re going to concentrate on for five minutes.

Then you’ll hear a second bell at the second bell on what you to release that spot, release that image and drifting the silence or no fall and dwell there until you go to would clap. After the word clap, we will do our guided healing visualization, and we’ll go on from there. So take a deep breath. Why did you take that deep breath smile for indeed, we’re about to give ourselves a gift wrapped up in meditation.

Open. Oh, blessed Spirit,
the spiritual lives of my soul.
That I may be released from
the darkness over spreading me,
by the delusions of the outward senses.
That I may perceive and understand
those things Spiritual.
