Hello, empaths.

Again, we meet in this funny way of meeting. It’s so interesting that so many people so far away can be brought together in a small community to study and learn together.

This wasn’t possible just a few years ago. In fact, at the beginning of this, uh, latest pandemic, very few thought about connecting in this way.

The part I want you to take away from your time today, and what is crucial for you, how can you connect with yourself as effortless? As you connect on these meetings, you know, meditation is key.

You’ve heard that many, many times and somewhere within you, you know, that is indeed true, but just like connecting with these, uh, devices, sometimes there are technical difficulties with connecting with that part of you.

And that’s where the practice comes in. That’s where upgrading your equipment, upgrading your conversation, upgrading your software come to play for indeed.

The answers you seek are just as this entity being in this meeting here and now happens each Sunday, but your ability to connect sometimes gets.

By interference, distractions, technical difficulties, forgetting to set the alarm clock, it’s these barriers.

These challenges are present within your consciousness, blocking you from connecting with that inner source of intuitive knowing.

Through spiritual practices, meditation, displaying your psychic and healing abilities, your willingness to Excel, play the game of life with excellence that allows you to clear your mind to remove any barrier from finding the source of your power.

It lies within each one of us. When we connect with it, we eliminate our pathway with how. Selves and that, my friends, is what it is for you to ponder today. What’s between you and reconnecting with your spirit self, that you may see things as they are and perceive those things Spiritual.

Thank you, Nathan. And what’s interesting is, uh, he showed me that little brown circle thingy when you’re trained to connect with zoom, and it’s just the spinning wheel. And that was my focal point for the concentration part of our meditation. So he should always start to look at that. And that’s your cousin traces that little spinning wheel.

And focus on that for your five minutes and then go to stillness.
