Spirit360 Fellowship – Membership Terms & Conditions
Our core ethos for Spirit360 Fellowship is to establish an online spiritualist fellowship and training center for old souls seeking spiritual solutions to life’s problems. This document details how we will deliver services within our Fellowship and Independent Spiritualist Church.
Before joining the Spirit360 Fellowship (“the Fellowship”), you must read these terms and conditions.
Membership Terms & Conditions (‘Terms’): Key Details
These Terms cannot be varied, and upon joining the Fellowship, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms. The Terms set out below apply to the services offered by the Spirit360 Fellowship. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the Terms under which the Spirit360 Fellowship provides services to you as a member of the Fellowship. These Terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and cannot be waived by contract.
Please be aware that we may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Fellowship indicates your acceptance of the terms and agreement to any changes.
Membership Outline
Spirit360 Fellowship is a community platform for connecting, teaching, training, and guiding our members to grow spiritually in fulfillment of their Spirit’s Intent. The Fellowship is an ongoing commitment where you can get regular support and guidance.
The Spirit360 Fellowship provides a safe space for like minds and kindred spirituals who consider themselves “Spiritual, NOT religious” and are drawn to spirituality like a moth is to flame.
All spiritual seekers are welcome but know this is not a quick-fix process requiring you to do the work to get the results and promises exemplified by our clergy and staff, volunteers, and students. Our only promise is that if you consistently do the spiritual growth and development practices we teach, you can get anything you want in time and on time.
Eligibility
This Fellowship is suitable for spiritual seekers at least 17 years old.
Membership Specifics
You can pick and choose from the following spiritual resources to assist your spiritual growth and development:
- Weekly Live Sunday Gatherings (All members)
- Self-paced (DIY) training and development classes (Pathfinders)
- Live Group Instruction, Coaching, & Guidance (Trailblazers)
- Private Tutoring, Coaching, and Guidance (Fastrekkers)
Weekly Sunday Gatherings & Spiritualist Meetings
Spirit360 Fellowship live Sunday Gatherings are currently led by the Clergy. Rev. Terry is currently the only member of the clergy.
The clergy are spiritual leaders called into and qualified as practitioners or ministers who will join in leading our Sunday Gatherings.
The weekly gatherings are available to all Spirit360 members on Sundays via Zoom. They require a weekly RSVP to attend. You can RSVP on your “My Spirit360” page.
During the Sunday Gatherings, we practice healing and meditation, share an Applied Spirituality Topic, an Ask-Me-Anything Q&A, conduct a Spiritualist Absence Healing Service and a Psychic-Mediumship Messages Service, and set our intentions for the upcoming week.
The information and guidance shared will be based on the Spirit360 Fellowship’s Tribal Truths as delivered by a member of our clergy.
The live sessions are recorded and made available in the archives section of the Spirit360.org website. We record your voice but never your likeness.
Self-paced (DIY) training and development classes
The Old Soul Academy is an online school for the Psychic and Healing Arts and the training branch of Spirit360 Fellowship.
Whether you are studying for personal growth and development or answering a call for Spiritual Leadership, most of our members begin as Pathfinders, a self-paced DIY approach to the Spirit360 Way to see if our core spiritual growth and development curriculum is right for them.
Live-Circles
We offer live group instruction for those wanting more structure and accountability in their spiritual growth and development practices, with additional training resources available for members choosing the Trailblazers tuition plan.
Private tutoring and guidance
The Fastrekker tuition plan intends to provide private personal and individual instruction.
Behavior
It is requested that, at all times, your behavior towards others is polite and respectful. Should your behavior be deemed offensive or inappropriate, we reserve the right to remove you from the Membership with immediate effect.
Each person is responsible for their behavior, and we will not be held accountable for the behavior or actions of any other Members.
Membership Fees and Payment Terms
The cost of the Membership is set at the time you subscribe and includes VAT/Taxes. On subscription, you will agree to monthly payments via PayPal or Stripe, which will be taken on the same day each month or annually.
We shall only increase your membership fees by providing at least 28 days’ notice and providing you with advance notification.
Refunds and Cancellation
We hope you will be pleased with the Fellowship and the competency-based confidence you develop. However, we appreciate that there may come a time when you wish to leave the Fellowship.
You can cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 days from the subscription date. Refund requests should be made in writing to terry@Spirit360.org, and you will receive a full refund within 10 working days.
If one or more training sessions have already taken place within the first 14 days following your subscription, you are still entitled to request a refund, but the value of the session(s) shall be deducted from the amount paid by you, along with any reasonable costs which we have born in respect of the administrative costs of commencing the Membership.
We are not obligated to refund any amounts paid where cancellation requests are made following the 14-day cancellation period.
As you have instant access to the Fellowship resources, you will not be entitled to a refund of your subscription fees should you join and then wish to leave. Please consider the details of the Fellowship carefully before purchasing and get in touch to ask any questions about suitability. You will not be entitled to a refund if you change your mind. Your statutory refund rights are not affected.
Should you wish to cancel your Membership, access to the Old Soul Academy will cease immediately.
We reserve all rights to cancel the program for any reason without prior notice. In such circumstances, refunds will be provided for the remainder of that month or year as applicable.
Notwithstanding any right or remedy available to us, we may cancel your Membership with immediate effect:
- If you fail to pay your Membership fees by the relevant due date,
- If you commit a repudiatory breach of the Terms of this agreement,
- As decided at our sole discretion from time to time
