How to beat Anxiety, Depression & Stress

A Wim Hof Breathing Tutorial

Breathing practices, like meditation, are seemingly countless in number.

With so many practices, processed, and techniques we recommend the Wim Hof Breathing Technique and our Stillness Meditation Practice for Empaths, HSPs, and Intuitive Feelers.

These practices serve to deliver effective results quickly to help us Rediscover Spirit to create Spiritual Solutions to life’s challenges.

Here is a link to our Stillness Meditation Training: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fNuHQ7HKkEo (opens a new tab).

Below are several videos to help you enter and remain in the “eye of the storm.”

For me, I find it best to do 3 or 4 rounds of Wim Hof Breathing before I start my Stillness Meditation practice. Here’s why:
  • Relaxation: I feel more relaxed and present after the the breathing which allows me to detach and surrender into silence more effortlessly.
  • Intentionality: The focus needed to complete 3 or four rounds of breathing requires focus, but not the same level of focus required for the Concentration portion of our stillness meditation  practice.
  • Quantification: Using my smart watch, I can track my heart rate, respiration, and o2 levels which reflect my level of relaxation. I also check my Blood Pressure to verify my level of relaxation.
  • Beyond thinking: It’s easy to meditate (or think your meditating) in the background. It seems when I the most stressed, I “think about” meditating rather than reaching a state of No-Thought. The breathing is a real tangible experience that helps me get out of my head and into my body.
