Your Energy Healing Superpower Already Exists
Your body does in almost every case of keeping you well. For example, you may get a small cut, sometimes heals with a scar, sometimes without a cold or the flu. And your body does an excellent job of correcting any disharmony and removing it from your vibration.

So how do we use energy to enhance our body’s healing ability as healers? That’s our topic today.
Thoughts are things.
Everything is energy. Energy Healing is consciously directed and intent to speed the body’s natural healing abilities that we may experience: health, harmony, complete peace of mind, and well-being.
So to create energy as a superpower, to create healing as a superpower is to enhance your body’s natural ability to heal itself. The best way to do that is to pay attention to your thinking and remember that as we allow ourselves to be present and aware, there is this thing that even scientists agree with called the placebo effect.
Conjuring The Placebo Effect
And the placebo effect is our mind’s ability to bring about harmony and change regardless of medication. Most medications are tested in a double-blind study, and a double-blind study means that some people are given a medicine or a chemical, and some people are not. They’re given a sugar tablet. The people in the experiment and those running the experiment don’t understand who is getting what.
They review the protocol, do the measurements, and see what happens. Some people who take the medication don’t get better. Some people who take the drug do get better, but some people who take the sugar tablets don’t get better, but some people who do take the sugar tablets do get better.
Your Mindset Matters
It’s this mental capacity. To bring forth within our physical awareness, our physical expression, an outcome that we want to focus on. Remember, our wellness mindset brings forth a healing intent that transcends faith and hopes to cause transformative healing that changes our bodies.

And that’s what we want to learn to cultivate on command when we need it most. And the way we do that is to understand that our thoughts are things. Our thoughts are tangible and real. So we think so. We are so. We think we shall be, so shall we be. And it is this simple process to realize that energy is everything.
Everything is energy, including our thoughts. And our thoughts are created in the form of a holistic holographic experience. So if you remember the last time you smelled something, that took you back to a childhood memory. You relived everything because you hurt, smelled something, maybe the scent of orange, and bam, you went back to an experience in your childhood, perhaps an orange blossom, a particular pastry or cake or goodie, and bam, you get transported back at that moment.
That’s your mind. You have a memory in the form of a thought form that transported you back. And you can relive it, retain it, smell it, and have everything about it. It doesn’t matter if it’s a good or bad memory. We can re-experience the whole thing though we are in a holographic expression now, to consciously create that holographic thought form that is an Energy Healing Superpower.
So it’s allowing ourselves to create a wellness mindset and a healing intent that will make all the difference. And we do this through the Three Rs: Right Meditation, Right thought, and Right Action.
We did the meditation. We quieted our minds. We focused on a single spot for five minutes. Then we went to silence for five minutes.
The Eye of the Storm
After that, we entered the eye of the storm. This place of thinking tranquility, of quiet receptivity. And we allowed ourselves to dwell there and do some healing work. We pass energy through our bodies. We projected that energy with our minds. We source that energy from the universe around us, which is abundant in its source of energy.
And then we took action. We felt the energy go through our bodies. Then we affirmed what we did with the affirmations we performed. Now, here is the most crucial part of your healing journey. It’s finding your way, your healing path. Even identical twins have distinct fingerprints. So each one of us has a unique healing formula and a unique healing need.
We have our own beliefs, mindsets, attitudes, and actions, and it’s a combination of all those that we have to sort through rational, logical, scientific, and evidentiary stuff to hear and feel, and experience what lies between the lines.
So, for example, you consider a diet, and your mind says no, but something else tells you, yeah, give it a shot.
You think about exercise, and something inside of you says, no, stay on the couch. Something else says, yeah, let’s do it. So it is allowing yourself to experience the energy between the thoughts.
That is an unconscious part of our mind that I want you to begin to notice. And the way I want you to see it is to think about this, and it’s going to be a disturbing image to us as sensitive people, but not to the thing I’m going to describe.
Make Suffering Optional
You should think back and if you haven’t found one, look it up on the internet. You can find it. Find a three-legged dog at play now.
Whenever, or for whatever reason, the dog loses a leg, it’s it. Felt the pain. It felt the emotions. If you’ve ever had a beast that you have to correct, you can see that they know they did something wrong emotionally, but two or three minutes later, they’re ready to play again.
So a three-legged dog will play and wag its tail. It’ll have that little kind of little doggy smile, and it’ll run around and do fun things because this doesn’t do the one thing that we as human beings do. It doesn’t suffer the source of your malady or your illness. The source of your inability to be well is your willingness to tolerate suffering and learning.
To detach and remove ourselves from the story that creates the suffering is finding you. If you can remove suffering and experience the reality of what’s so and play in the moment, like our friend, the three-legged dog, tail wagging, smiling, and enjoying this moment of life, miracles happen.
There’s a part in the Bible, and I’m not a biblical scholar, but a few things really touched me and touched me. For example, Jesus was walking through a crowd, and a woman knew that if she felt the hymn of his robe, she would be well, and she reached out and touched the hymn of his robe and was healed instantly of an issue of blood, some of the issue she was having.
Who Touched Me
What did Jesus say? Who touched me? He didn’t even know that she was entering his vibration, but her faith was strong enough. The placebo effect was strong enough that her touching Jesus healed her. And what did he say? Your faith healed you.
Your faith healed you, and your belief healed you. And that’s where we have to get, is detached from all the stuff that makes illness, hold on to our body, hold on to disease, to create that placebo effect of knowing faithfully that our actions and lives deserve wellness and health.

We are good enough, smart enough, perfect enough to be well, and that, my friends, is the magic I want you to consider and ponder as we move into this next week being well your way.
There’s something you know you want to do in diet or exercise, or attitude to avoid excess. And you have this wellness journey before you.
The way you be well is to be present. Notice where you are choosing to suffer. Transcend the suffering to be present at the moment, to be well, to let go of anything not affiliated or associated with the state of wellness you want to experience. And that’s it.
My friends, is it too damn simple, or because all good things are simple?
It’s just our mind wants to make it complicated.
